Talia grew up in Sheffield, Iowa and currently resides in Rockwell. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and a minor in Sports Medicine. Talia recently graduated from Des Moines University in May of 2025 with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends doing anything outside! She also enjoys lifting, running, cycling, going on walks, and golfing!  
Why did you become a PT?
” I became a PT to help patients gain their independence back and to return to meaningful activities in their daily lives. I am passionate about patient education, patient empowerment, and movement being medicine! “
