Summer’s father was in the military, so she grew up in multiple states including North Carolina, Missouri, and California. Her family moved to Osage, Iowa when she was in high school and she has continued to reside there. Summer graduated from Osage High School in 2021 and continued my education at NIACC in Mason City to obtain her Associates in Applied Sciences and PTA graduating in 2024. She enjoys staying active, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.  
Why did you become a PT?
” I became a PTA because I have had multiple injuries throughout high school and college that I have attended PT for, and I thoroughly enjoyed the environment as well as had great PT’s and PTA’s that focused on my goals. I have always aspired to be that person for others and strive to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. “
