Patsy Luker

Patsy grew up in Charles City, Iowa and currently lives in Clear Lake. She graduated from Charles City High School and went on the receive a clerical degree from NIACC. Patsy enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, reading, and playing with her to dogs Sully and Tessa.
